EGR3 a transcription factor involved in muscle spindle development and immune regulation. Egr2 and Egr3 induce the suppressive activity of CD4+ T cells, cooperatively inhibiting humoral immune responses by promoting TGFB3 secretion. Belongs to the EGR C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family.
