PHF3 a ubiquitous protein containing a PHD domain, TFIIS domain, and SPOC domain, all of which are characteristic of transcription factors. Expression is significantly reduced or lost in glioblastomas, glioblastoma cell lines, anaplastic astrocytomas, and astrocytomas. Two alternatively spliced isoforms have been described. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.
