ACP1 iso2 Acts on tyrosine phosphorylated proteins, low-MW aryl phosphates and natural and synthetic acyl phosphates. Isoform 3 does not possess phosphatase activity. Belongs to the low molecular weight phosphotyrosine protein phosphatase family. T-lymphocytes express only isoform 2. 2 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported.
