BCDIN3
S-adenosyl-L-methionine-dependent methyltransferase that adds a methylphosphate cap at the 5'-end of 7SK snRNA, leading to stabilize it. Belongs to the methyltransferase superfamily. Expressed in chronic myeloid leukemia cells, adrenal gland, brain, cerebellum, kidney, lung, mammary gland and testis. Weakly or not expressed in other tissues. 2 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.
