Regulates B-cell selection and survival and is required to prevent B-cell-dependent autoimmunity. Regulates chemotaxis of BM-derived neutrophils and dendritic cells (in vitro). Belongs to the G-alpha family. G(q) subfamily. Predominantly expressed in ovary, prostate, testis and colon.
