BDP1
Differentially dephosphorylate autophosphorylated tyrosine kinases which are known to be overexpressed in tumor tissues. Belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. Non-receptor class 4 subfamily. Expressed in brain, colon and several tumor-derived cell lines. 2 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported.
