RSKL1
May be involved in transmitting sphingosine-1 phosphate (SPP)-mediated signaling into the cell. Plays a role in the recruitment of PRDX3 to early endosomes. Belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. Ser/Thr protein kinase family. S6 kinase subfamily. Highly expressed in testis, skeletal muscle, brain, heart, placenta, kidney and liver and weakly expressed in thymus, small intestine, lung and colon. 2 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.
