GPR97
Orphan receptor that regulates migration of lymphatic endothelial cells in vitro via the small GTPases RhoA and CDC42. Regulates B-cell development. Seems to signal through G-alpha(q)-proteins. Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 2 family. Adhesion G-protein coupled receptor (ADGR) subfamily. Expressed in cultured primary dermal lymphatic endothelial cells.
