Comments:  PKCD T507A mutant caused apoptosis in transfected HEK293T cells, similar to the wild-type., T507A mutant is unable to activate NFkB and AP1-1 in reporter assays. T507A also showed a substrate selection defect of pMARKS but not in pCREB phosphorylation.
