Overview
MARK3 an ubiquitous serine/threonine kinase of the CAMKL family. Phosphorylates Cdc25C on serine 216 and promotes 14-3-3 protein binding. A positive regulator of Wnt signalling. Ubiquitously expressed in human tissues and cell lines. Seven alternatively spliced isoforms have been reported. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.
