MLK3
a TKL kinase of the MLK family. Has an amino-terminal SH3 domain followed by the kinase domain, two leucine zipper domains, a cdc42/Rac1 binding (CRIB) domain and several other domains/motifs at the carboxy-terminal region. Phosphorylates IkappaB and activates SEK1 and MKK7. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.
