Overview
REPS1 a vesicle-associated protein that influences endocytosis through its ability to interact with Rab11FIP2 and RALBP1. An EGFR substrate that interacts with CRK and GRB2. May coordinate the cellular actions of activated EGF receptors and Ral-GTPases. Binding to RALBP1 does not affect its Ral-binding activity. Forms a complex with the SH3 domains of CRK and GRB2. Three alternatively spliced isoforms have been described. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.
