Overview
PDE4DIP May function as an anchor sequestering components of the cAMP-dependent pathway to Golgi and/or centrosomes. A chromosomal aberration involving PDE4DIP may be the cause of a myeloproliferative disorder (MBD) associated with eosinophilia. Translocation t(1;5)(q23;q33) that forms a PDE4DIP- PDGFRB fusion protein. 11 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
