Overview
BRSK2 a serine/threonine protein kinase of the CAMK group. Closely related to AMPK. Activated by the kinase LKB1. BRSK1 and BRSK2 are required for nueronal polarization. Expressed in the brain and at low levels in the testis. Four alternatively spliced isoforms have been described. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.
