Overview
Bcl-9L a novel beta-catenin-interacting protein that translocates beta-catenin to the nucleus, enhancing beta-catenin mediated transcription. Can play an important role in colorectal carcinogenesis. Nuclear expression of Bcl-9L is closely associated with the high nuclear grade cancer phenotype and the expression of ErbB2/HER-2 in breast cancers.
