Grb10
an adaptor protein that inhibits insulin-stimulated IRS-PI (3)K-Akt signaling pathway by disrupting the association of IRS with the insulin receptor. Also binds activated PDGFR and EGFR. Preferentially localizes to the mitochondria, modulating the anti-apoptotic activity of mitochondrial Raf-1. Can translocate to the plasma membrane and lamellipodia. Three alternatively spliced isoforms have been described. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.
