MAG Adhesion molecule in postnatal neural development that mediates sialic-acid dependent cell-cell interactions between neuronal and myelinating cells. Preferentially binds to alpha-2,3- linked sialic acid. Binds to RTN4R. Belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily.
