Overview
OBSCN a Ca(2+)/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase of the Trio family. A giant protein with one Rho GEF domain, one PH domain and two kinase domains. Expressed in skeletal and cardiac muscle, concentrating around Z-disks and M-lines of striated muscle. Binds ankyrin 1 interacts with sarcomeric myosin. May play a critical role in its ability to assemble into A bands in striated muscle. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.
