PTPRA a receptor protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP). Contains an extracellular domain, a single transmembrane segment and two tandem intracytoplasmic catalytic domains. Dephosphorylates and activates Src family tyrosine kinases, and is implicated in the regulation of integrin signaling, cell adhesion and proliferation.
