Overview
CRKL an oncogenic adaptor protein with an SH2-SH3-SH3 domain structure. Plays a specific role in integrin-induced migration as a downstream mediator of Src. Activates the RAS and Jnk signaling pathways. Transforms fibroblasts in a RAS-dependent fashion. A substrate of BCR-ABL and plays a role in fibroblast transformation by BCR-ABL.
